About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy client in Harlow. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am‑4:30 pm with a 30‑minute break, and offers an hourly rate of £12.71. It may start as a temporary assignment before becoming permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Carry, lift and manually load/unload goods.
- Check, book and organise incoming stock.
- Plan and organise warehouse orders for delivery or pick‑up according to schedule.
- Generate labels for shipments.
- Perform inventory control using a computer system.
- Operate a forklift (training provided if not licensed).
Required profile
- Accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with common applications.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Physically fit to handle manual handling tasks.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
