Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join GXO as a Warehouse Operative in Uddingston, supporting our client Virgin Media. You will work a consistent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (07:00‑16:00) and play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and handle products accurately throughout the warehouse.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and complete computer‑based tasks.
• Respond to customer queries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform van‑driving duties, including deliveries and collections.
• Undertake special projects, generate statistics, and produce reports as required.

Required profile

• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably with system‑based processes.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Team‑player who enjoys regular interaction with area managers.

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency
