Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join Müller as a Warehouse Operative at the Leeds depot. You will manually pack milk into trolleys, move and empty trolleys across the chill area, and support the fast‑paced flow of goods while adhering to product and safety standards. The role is full‑time, permanent, working a 5‑day shift (Tuesday‑Saturday) starting at 14:00.

Key responsibilities

• Operate chill trolley packers and shrink‑wrappers.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and verify date codes.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and risk assessments.
• Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go.
• Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards.
• Replenish materials and support team training.
• Communicate effectively across departments.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive, self‑motivated and proactive attitude.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
