Warehouse Operative

About the role

The Warehouse Operative will support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse activities, ensuring that production and customer order fulfilment targets are consistently met. You will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well‑organised environment for inbound receipt, inventory handling, and outbound dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, adhering to safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Manage inbound receipt, put‑away, picking, packing and timely outbound dispatch of finished goods.
• Carry out stock‑takes and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, applying FIFO rotation.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety regulations and keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce operating costs.
• Perform any additional duties required to support internal and external customers.
