About the role
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics warehouse in West Thurrock. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload containers using handballing and pump trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Move, stack, label, wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch.
- Replenish stock and consolidate inventory.
- Handle goods safely to minimise damage.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational deadlines.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Capable of reading and following picking lists accurately.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Required skills

What we offer
- Permanent role with a salary of £23,000 per annum.
- Standard working hours 08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday.
