Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our medical logistics team in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment handling life‑saving medical products, where precision and accuracy are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack medical orders using handheld scanners, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Maintain stock integrity by organising inventory and updating records for full traceability.
• Perform digital updates in the inventory management system with zero errors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil urgent material requests.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills for strict inventory control.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to start at 06:00 AM.
• Own reliable transport or live within a 45‑minute walk of the site.
