Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse in Willand. The role involves inspecting stock, packing items and supporting daily warehouse activities while maintaining high quality standards. You will work as part of a supportive team in a safe, organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and stored warehouse stock to ensure quality compliance.
• Pack and prepare products for storage or dispatch.
• Perform manual lifting and handling of items safely.
• Operate an electric pallet truck to move goods around the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and meet daily productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production or packing environment (desirable).
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good spoken and written English.
