Warehouse Operative

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and growing business on the outskirts of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The role is varied and hands‑on, covering all aspects of warehouse operations such as goods receipt, stock control, picking, packing, dispatch and vehicle loading, with occasional support for the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Load vehicles and manage outbound shipments.
• Assist the production team during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence (essential).
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock control.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and support production when needed.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills and a flexible approach.

What we offer

• £29,000 basic salary.
• Individual and team bonus scheme delivering around £5,000 extra per year.
• Flexible working hours – 7:30‑16:30 Monday‑Thursday, finish at 15:30 on Friday.
