Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Kidlington site on a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. You will work in a clean, modern facility with an on‑site canteen, handling a variety of picking, packing and shipping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage.
• Print shipping labels and complete related paperwork.
• Use the SAP system to update stock levels and track items.
• Double‑check part numbers and code labels to avoid errors.
• Unpack, repack and rebrand products as required.
• Perform a small amount of manual lifting.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and codes.
• Basic computer confidence; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Team‑player who can spot and resolve minor issues.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Forklift licence is a bonus, not essential.
