About the role
We are partnering with a Bournemouth‑based manufacturing firm to recruit a Warehouse Operative on an ongoing contract. The role involves high‑volume order picking, packing and dispatching in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. You will spend the day on your feet, handling items of varying size and weight while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Pick orders using pick sheets and hand‑held scanners
- Pack items safely and securely
- Ensure orders are labelled correctly
- Put away incoming stock
- Assist with regular stock checks
Required profile
- Previous experience in stores, warehouse or retail environments
- Proficient with computers and hand‑held scanning devices
- Able to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and able to work efficiently with colleagues
