About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our logistics warehouse in Hatfield. The role involves handling goods efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the team to meet service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Unload and load vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Scan items using a handheld scanner.
- Pick items from an automated warehouse system.
- Pack orders and attach correct labels securely.
Required profile
- Strong experience in warehouse practices.
- Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and strong work ethic.
- Quick learner able to prioritize workloads.
- Flexible approach to meet business demands.
- Excellent timekeeping.
Required skills
- Handheld scanner operation.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.45–£17.45.
- Fixed‑term contract from July to January.
- Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 7 pm onsite schedule.
