Warehouse Operative – Morning Shift (FLT licence required)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our morning shift at The Bread Factory’s Milton Keynes site. The role involves handling deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse, chiller, freezer and yard areas.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and complete associated paperwork.
• Store stock correctly, maintain accurate inventory levels and support regular stock checks.
• Handle products carefully, perform basic quality checks and report any issues.
• Operate across warehouse, chiller, freezer and yard areas while keeping workspaces clean and organised.
• Perform daily equipment checks, including charging of electric trucks.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Detail‑driven and takes pride in work.
• Problem‑solver who can think on their feet.
• Ability to operate and control equipment safely.

Required skills

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
• Valid Reach Truck licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
