Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

About the role

Join a modern, multi‑temperature warehouse in Hemel Hempstead as a Night Shift Warehouse Operative. You will work a Sunday‑to‑Thursday night roster, helping to pick, pack, replenish and load a wide range of food products for leading UK food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately, following health and food‑safety standards.
• Replenish stock across temperature zones and ensure inventory is organised.
• Load pallets onto lorries for distribution, handling up to 25 kg per item.
• Collaborate with the admin team to process orders swiftly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, especially in cold areas.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic language skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 25 kg.
• Experience in a multi‑skilled warehouse is a plus but not essential.
