Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

About the role

Join a well‑established distribution centre in Severn Beach as a Night Shift Warehouse Operative. You will work a consistent 10 pm‑6 am schedule, delivering reliable support to our logistics operations while enjoying full training and a stable, long‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners.
• Safely load and unload deliveries from vehicles.
• Process stock through goods‑in and dispatch areas.
• Operate a range of warehouse equipment and tools (training provided).
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet performance and quality targets.

Required profile

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading and understanding instructions).
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
