Warehouse Operative / Picker – High‑Value Parts

About the role

Join a respected supplier of prestige automotive components as a Warehouse Operative / Picker. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential, handling small, high‑value parts rather than bulky goods.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using picking lists and warehouse systems.
• Carefully pack premium automotive parts to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm correct products and quantities.
• Prepare orders for courier collections and daily dispatch.
• Receive, check and record incoming deliveries.
• Store stock in designated locations and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or picker/packer role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Commitment to meeting daily order deadlines.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £27,098 and £30,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time schedule: 8:00 am–5:00 pm (four days) and 8:00 am–6:00 pm (one day) with a one‑hour lunch break.
