Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing (Bournemouth)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving warehouse team supporting a global cosmetics leader. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for e‑commerce and retail distribution, ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick goods and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate Low‑Level Order Pickers (LLOP) and PPT equipment to retrieve products efficiently.
• Pack items for e‑commerce fulfillment, including tagging, labeling and creating gift sets.
• Restack pallets, remove shrink‑wrap and assist with put‑away tasks.
• Handle cases up to 13.5 kg and stand for extended periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
