Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing (PM Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse in Theale on the PM shift. You will be part of a dynamic team where each day brings new challenges in picking and packing orders efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for both low and high volume orders.
• Use pick sheets and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
• Operate forklifts, LLOP/HLOP pump trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Meet set KPIs and deadlines while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Energetic and reliable, able to work Monday‑Friday, 2 pm‑10 pm.
• Willingness to follow training on equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Forklift operation.
• LLOP/HLOP pump truck operation.
