Warehouse Operative – Production Line, Picking & Packing

About the role
We are seeking Warehouse Operatives for a leading 3PL client in Skelmersdale. The position involves production line work, picking, packing and pallet handling, including the handling of alcohol. Shifts operate on a 4‑on/4‑off rota covering day or night periods.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble end‑displays on the production line.
- Pick and pack orders using a hand scanner.
- Wrap and load pallets, lifting items between 10 kg and 15 kg.
- Handle alcohol products safely.
Required profile
- Hard‑working individual who welcomes a new challenge.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, with two weeks of training provided.
- UK resident able to travel to the site (public transport is limited).
- Ability to work on a rotating day/night schedule.
