Warehouse Operative – Rayleigh

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our fast‑paced team in Rayleigh. You will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Book goods in and out of the system and replenish stock as required.
• Check orders before dispatch to confirm completeness.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts where needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.

Required profile

• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic IT skills and ability to commute to Southend‑on‑Sea.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Forklift licence (FLT) – a plus.
