Warehouse Operative – Recycling Operations

About the role

Join GXO Logistics in Sittingbourne as a Warehouse Operative supporting a high‑volume recycling operation for a major grocery retailer. You will work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment handling cardboard and plastic waste, with opportunities for development and training.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately load and unload vehicles with customer equipment and waste.
• Safely bale cardboard and plastic waste for processing.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.
• Availability to work any five days a week on rotating shifts (morning, late, night).
