Warehouse Operative – Runcorn

About the role

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our Runcorn site. You will be involved in picking, packing and dispatching orders within a fast‑paced logistics environment. The role is permanent with a two‑week rotating shift pattern, and part‑time options are also available.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inbound, outbound and stock control activities to support daily warehouse operations.
• Pick and pack retail delivery orders accurately, handling stock with care and attention to detail.
• Meet operational KPIs and targets efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace by following safety procedures and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve targets.
• Understanding of excellent customer service principles.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proactive attitude with initiative to improve team effectiveness.
