About the role
Our client in Guildford is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative who will also take on team‑leader responsibilities. This permanent position involves overseeing daily warehouse activities while ensuring safety, accuracy and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage picking, packing, stock control, goods‑in and dispatch processes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse staff.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain clear communication across functions.
- Monitor health and safety standards and ensure compliance.
