Warehouse Operative – Temporary to Permanent

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a temporary‑to‑permanent role based in Lenham, South East England. The position offers a competitive rate of £13.45 per hour and standard Monday‑Friday hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Working in a busy warehouse environment, you will pick orders using handheld scanners, unload containers, prepare and book deliveries, and assist with packing. Employees receive free parking, weekly pay, holiday pay and access to an online benefits platform. The role is advertised through Reed, a leading recruitment agency.
