Warehouse Operator / Driver – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator/Driver to join our busy team at Trafford Park, Manchester. The role is primarily warehouse‑based, handling picking, packing and stock control, with occasional delivery duties during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
• Support stock control, inventory management and stock‑taking activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely in line with training and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Complete all warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Support customer deliveries during peak periods and when required by the business.
• Conduct vehicle checks before deliveries and report any defects.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely handle heavy or bulky products.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment to high standards.
• Willingness to support delivery duties when required.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence.
• FLT licence (desirable).
• 7.5T driving licence (desirable).
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
