Warehouse Operator & Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator & Driver to join our busy team at Trafford Park, Manchester. The role is primarily warehouse‑based, handling picking, packing and stock control, but may also involve customer deliveries during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare goods for dispatch with correct labelling and documentation.
• Support stock control, inventory management and regular stock‑taking.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely in line with training and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Complete all warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Assist with customer deliveries when required, performing vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (7.5T licence preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely handle heavy or bulky products.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to support delivery duties during busy periods.
