Warehouse Operator – Full-Time (Shift Rotation)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to join our fast‑paced Ashford distribution centre. You will be the backbone of the flow, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched efficiently while upholding the highest health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound logistics: receive finished goods, book raw materials, load distribution vehicles and manage production returns.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and Radio Data Terminals (RDT) to safely pick, put away and move orders.
• Perform inventory queries, investigate order status errors, sample raw materials and report system anomalies.
• Champion safety procedures, including COSHH, PPE use, manual handling and equipment checks, maintaining a hazard‑free workspace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Electric pallet truck and/or stacker truck licence (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or any warehouse management software.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic and a team‑first mentality.
