Warehouse Operator – Full‑time Temporary Role

About the role

MTrec Recruitment is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators for a new opportunity with a prestigious firm in Jarrow. The position is full‑time, temporary with the prospect of a permanent role after a 12‑week probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to review workload.
• Transport products within the warehouse and perform basic visual quality inspections.
• Pick and pack items, label products, and follow picking sheets.
• Count products numerically before packing and ensure accurate documentation.
• Manually move materials while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Confidence to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
