Warehouse Picker – Early Shift (4am or 7am start)

About the role

As a Warehouse Picker at Aldi in Chelmsford, you will join a fast‑moving team that starts early in the morning. The role begins at either 4 am or 7 am and involves selecting stock accurately to keep the store supplied.

Key responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets
• Follow headset instructions and double‑check paperwork for accuracy
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)

Required profile

• Hardworking and able to perform a physical, fast‑paced role
• Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a shift‑based environment
• Strong attention to detail when picking stock

Required skills

• Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) operation
