Warehouse Picker – Night Shift (5:45pm–2:15am)

About the role

The Warehouse Picker 1 works the night shift in the Central Hub, ensuring that product is accurately and promptly replenished into the Vertique system towers. This position supports continuous operations by keeping conveyor lanes stocked and free of jams.

Key responsibilities

• Fill discharge conveyors of one cell tower with thirty lanes according to the lighting system priorities.
• Load only good‑condition product, keep rollers free of debris, and chase “RED” lights to maintain “GREEN” status.
• Pull empty pallets, damaged cases, and shrink‑wrap from pick areas and move them to collection zones.
• Communicate via radio with forklift and system operators about product needs, jams, and collection tasks.
• Assist other tower areas when needed and recycle damaged items into designated bins, logging them appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the warehouse, sweeping, mopping spills, and disposing of trash.
• Follow proper lifting techniques, safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required by food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform repetitive material‑handling tasks and lift moderate weights safely.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to safety and food‑safety standards.

Required skills

• Experience with Vertique system or similar automated conveyor controls.
• Radio communication for coordination with warehouse equipment operators.
• Knowledge of GMP and basic food‑safety procedures.
