Warehouse Selector – Early Shift (6am start)

About the role

As a Selector at Aldi you will work on the warehouse floor, picking stock for specific stores and loading it onto the correct pallets for collection by drivers. The role starts at 6 am, offering an early‑start shift in a fast‑moving, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from the warehouse according to store orders received through a headset.
• Verify store numbers and ensure the correct products are allocated to each pallet.
• Check that all accompanying paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Load pallets safely and efficiently for driver collection.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling store numbers and paperwork.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills to follow headset instructions.
• Physical fitness for standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.
