Warehouse Sortation Operative

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Sortation Operatives to support a charitable organisation by processing donated stock. In this role you will help sort, categorise and prepare items for distribution to charity shops, contributing directly to fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Sort and categorise donated textiles, primarily clothing.
- Organise other donated items as required.
- Ensure items are prepared and ready for distribution to charity shops.
Required profile
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of textile brands is a plus.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £12.71.
- Full‑time day shifts, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:30.
- Immediate start and training provided.
