Warehouse Sorter – Parcel Handling & Sorting

About the role

As a Warehouse Sorter at Parcelforce Worldwide in Cambridge you will play a key part in ensuring parcels are handled quickly and accurately, keeping the delivery network running smoothly. The role involves physical handling of parcels on a shift that runs overnight.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and load parcels from trucks and trailers.
• Sort parcels to the correct delivery routes and prepare trailers for onward transport.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide a friendly and dependable service to internal teams and external customers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months and up to £30,000 with overtime.
