Warehouse & Stores Coordinator – Engineering Support

About the role

This is a hands‑on, full‑time position supporting the daily operations of a busy engineering support team. You will ensure field‑based engineers have the right equipment ready each morning, contributing directly to operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Review upcoming jobs and prepare equipment using internal systems.
• Assemble and pre‑stage tools and materials for installations and service visits.
• Maintain sufficient pre‑assembled stock for urgent or reactive jobs.
• Receive, check, and process deliveries; store stock accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and safe.
• Assist with unloading, sorting returned or scrap equipment, and manage waste disposal.

Required profile

• Dependable, proactive individual with a strong team ethic.
• Previous experience in warehouse, stores, or logistics.
• Practical, "get stuck in" attitude and good organisational skills.
• Confidence using basic computer systems.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work ahead.
• Friendly, approachable, reliable, and comfortable in a physically active role.
