Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Braintree facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse runs at peak efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is full‑time, on‑site and offers a permanent or temporary‑permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, organise and train warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
• Develop and optimise warehouse systems, including product handling, storage, equipment utilisation and shipping methods.
• Oversee daily inventory control, logistics, space management and quality assurance.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Inspect equipment and machinery regularly and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ability to work Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am‑3:00 pm.
