Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent customer interaction. Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee staff, manage shift handovers, and support the team to meet productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video calls and email correspondence with customers and internal heads.
• Lead warehouse floor tours for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage timesheets, scheduling, and coverage for agency and full‑time staff.
• Handle disciplinary actions, appraisals, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Prepare detailed shift‑handover emails and ensure seamless transitions.
• Support daily preparation of work areas and monitor workflow to meet cut‑off times.
• Raise IT issues, liaise with support, and monitor internal and customer systems.
• Maintain professional documentation using Word and Excel.
• Oversee warehouse processes, ensure protocol compliance, and perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Forklift operation qualification (essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing agency staff and supporting employee development.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and problem‑solving skills.
