Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

People Solutions Group Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent role in Warrington. You will lead a dedicated team, drive operational performance and ensure the smooth flow of products throughout the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support Warehouse Leads and Operatives.
• Maintain efficient product flow and monitor performance to improve productivity.
• Manage labour resources and equipment utilisation.
• Keep accurate warehouse records and update systems daily.
• Ensure safe and correct stock storage in designated locations.
• Liaise with Area Leads and third‑party suppliers for processes such as powder coating, galvanising and pick‑&‑pack.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless site operations.
• Report dispatch and maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards and promote health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational targets.
