Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shifts (4 on/4 off)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night‑shift team on a 4‑on/4‑off roster in Slough. You will join a family‑run air freight and European haulage business that values safety, teamwork and long‑term career development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff during night shifts.
• Oversee loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross‑check paperwork against cargo to maintain documentation integrity.
• Enforce health and safety procedures throughout the warehouse.
• Operate manual handling equipment, preferably a 10‑ton forklift.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or transport system management.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 4‑on/4‑off schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
