Warehouse Team Lead

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing medical technology company, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to own day‑to‑day warehouse operations in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for the full flow of goods, from receipt through storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns, ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage goods‑in, put‑away, stock control, picking, packing, despatch and warranty/demo‑stock activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse administration, including SAP transaction entries.
• Ensure high standards of stock accuracy, traceability, housekeeping, security and quality control.
• Support vehicle loading and logistics to optimise service, capacity and cost.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce KPI reports and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Health & Safety and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within a regulated or technical sector.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards.
• Ability to work standard day‑shift hours, Monday‑Friday, with some flexibility.
