Warehouse Team Leader - Days

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join its Avonmouth site in Bristol. You will work a 3‑on/3‑off day shift (06:00‑18:00) supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring safe, efficient operations that meet service expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
• Assist the Shift Manager with planning, performance monitoring and team engagement.
• Track KPIs, quality standards and service levels, taking corrective action when needed.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive shift culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload under pressure.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
