Warehouse Team Leader (Days)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a small team on the Costa site in Willand. You will ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed safely, on time and in line with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives and agency staff on each shift.
• Flex resources using real‑time data to meet or exceed KPIs and quality standards.
• Maintain full compliance with HACCP and BRC food handling procedures.
• Measure, review and act on shift performance KPIs and service targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Experience in a multi‑temperature food and drinks warehouse environment.
• Ability to organise workload, use initiative and lead a team across shifts.
• Good knowledge of health & safety procedures in a warehouse.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) usage.
• HACCP food safety procedures.
• BRC guidelines compliance.
• Health & Safety procedures.
