Warehouse Training Coordinator – Amesbury

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Training Coordinator to join the MMID Chill Operations team at our Amesbury depot. In this full‑time position you will lead inductions, deliver refresher training and support health‑and‑safety initiatives, ensuring all colleagues are equipped to work safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business and site inductions for all new starters.
• Complete and verify new‑starter paperwork.
• Mentor new colleagues during their first 4‑6 weeks.
• Maintain and update the training matrix across Chill departments.
• Provide monthly training activity updates at Health & Safety meetings.
• Support risk‑assessment reviews, create new SSOWs and conduct safety sweeps.
• Deliver regular refresher training and retraining after incident investigations.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Confident communicator experienced in delivering presentations or training.
• Basic understanding of health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Basic IT proficiency, including use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
