Warehouse Training Coordinator

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Training Coordinator for its Swindon site supporting the Iceland customer. You will lead material handling equipment (MHE) training, ensure compliance with RTITB standards and help maintain a safe, high‑performing warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited MHE training for Counterbalance and Reach Truck operators in line with RTITB requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and manage training schedules across the warehouse.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain training materials, assessments and competency frameworks.

Required profile

• RTITB (or equivalent) accredited MHE Instructor certification.
• Proven experience in delivering Counterbalance and Reach Truck training.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety regulations.
• Experience in training planning and schedule management.
