Warehouse & Transport Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Transport Administrator to join our client’s team in Swanley. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate, based on attendance, time‑keeping and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Field daily warehouse communication traffic.
• Monitor and resolve tickets using the warehouse ticket system.
• Perform general administration, system cleansing, documentation and assist with daily orders.
• Liaise with delivery drivers, third‑party couriers, customer service and sales teams.
• Prioritise tasks throughout the day and manage time effectively.
• Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate decision‑maker.
• Handle demands from multiple departments and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience (essential).
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hard‑working.
