Warrant Officer – Field Collections & Debt Recovery

About the role

We are seeking a confident and resilient Warrant Officer to manage a regional territory in the North East of England. The role is field‑based, involving visits to business premises where court‑issued warrants are to be executed and where you will aim to resolve outstanding debts.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to commercial sites to serve court‑issued warrants.
• Engage directly with business owners and customers to negotiate payment or alternative resolutions.
• Explain the situation, options and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with engineers, locksmiths and other authorised parties as required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports after each visit.
• Liaise with internal collections, operations and support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enforcement, field collections, debt recovery or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in confrontational situations.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage your own workload and schedule.

• £37,500 basic salary plus £5,000 car allowance.
