Warranty Advisor – Automotive After‑Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Advisor to join a reputable automotive business in Portsmouth. The role is full‑time, office‑based and reports directly to the Aftersales Manager, offering a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule without weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, submit and reconcile vehicle warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Process daily and weekly warranty and goodwill claims, ensuring closure within required timescales.
• Monitor and report warranty data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure compliance with warranty procedures.

Required profile

• Strong experience in an automotive workshop environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle warranty claim processes.
• Previous roles such as Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or Warranty Executive.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary up to £28,000, rising to £29,000 after accreditation.
• On‑target earnings of £3,000 per annum, virtually guaranteed.
• Standard office hours 08:00‑17:00, Monday to Friday.
