Washroom Service Driver

About the role

The Washroom Service Driver role with PHS Group involves travelling a pre‑planned route across West Oxfordshire to collect and service hygiene bins for a wide range of customers. You will be the face of the company, ensuring clean and compliant facilities while maintaining a professional, courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene and nappy bins from customer premises.
• Service and replace hygiene products as required.
• Complete digital and paper‑based compliance documentation.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service on each visit.
• Return to the depot weekly to unload collected waste.
• Follow centrally planned routes to maximise efficiency, safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Maximum six penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements in the last five years.
• Availability to work a 6 am – 6 pm window, 40 hours per week.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.

• £26,879 base salary plus bonus (OTE £28,079) – £12.92 per hour.
