Washroom Service Driver – Swindon

About the role

The Washroom Service Driver role with PHS Group is a full‑time, permanent position based in Swindon. You will follow a pre‑planned route to collect and service hygiene bins at customer sites, ensuring compliance and delivering courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene and nappy bins from customer premises.
• Service and replace hygiene products as required.
• Complete digital and paper‑based compliance documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service during each visit.
• Return to the depot weekly to unload collected waste.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Maximum six penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements in the last five years.
• Availability to work within a 6 am – 6 pm window, 40 hours per week.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
