Waste Water Site Manager

About the role
As a Waste Water Site Manager you will lead the delivery of infrastructure and capital works across the North West waste water network for United Utilities. You will coordinate operational teams and supply‑chain partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise resources – plant, labour, materials and sub‑contractors – for non‑core waste water schemes.
- Conduct weekly health and safety checks, inspections, briefings and audits on site.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and the client, attending weekly meetings and calls.
- Act as Health & Safety Representative, investigating incidents and raising safety matters.
- Engage with customers affected by works and support the C‑MeX customer‑satisfaction metric.
- Collaborate with design, delivery and commercial teams to maintain quality, programme and budget.
Required profile
- Experience in the utilities sector, preferably waste water and capital works.
- Knowledge of deep excavations, civil drainage, structures and waste water schemes.
- Familiarity with street works and confined‑space operations.
- Health & Safety qualification is an advantage.
