Water Hygiene Technician – Falkirk

About the role

Join HSL Compliance as a Water Hygiene Technician and spend each day visiting different client sites across Falkirk. You will help keep water systems safe and compliant while gaining hands‑on experience in a growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations daily using a company‑provided vehicle.
• Carry out checks, testing, monitoring and inspections of water systems.
• Perform cleaning, servicing or maintenance tasks as required.
• Record results on a mobile device or the company’s reporting system.
• Interact professionally with clients, tenants and colleagues.
• Manage your own schedule and adhere to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently after training.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new competencies.
• Ability to follow processes and work safely.
