Water Quality Manager – Residential Portfolio (Temporary)

About the role

This position is responsible for managing water hygiene and Legionella compliance across residential and property portfolios. You will deliver repair, maintenance and compliance services while working closely with residents, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure water hygiene standards and Legionella risk assessments are up to date.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to maintain compliance.
• Manage contractors, consultants and specialist service providers.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders to resolve complex water‑quality issues.
• Produce performance reports and analyse compliance data.
• Investigate complaints and respond to service failures promptly.
• Prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities under pressure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in water quality or Legionella management within residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants and residents.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Resilience in high‑pressure environments.
